Get ready for a weekend of leisurely floating down the glorious Glenelg River in Victoria’s south west.

Our trip will start off by getting you kitted out with double canoes/kayaks, so bring a buddy or we can rustle someone up for you. Pack up all your gear in the waterproof barrels supplied, load up your vessels and jump on the river.

The first day will take us from Saunders Landing to Skipworth Springs (a canoe only accessible campsite) a nice easy 6.9km paddle. Leisurely but still enough to give your arms a workout. Arriving at our camp for the night we will set up and you have the rest of the afternoon to explore some trails or go for a refreshing dip.

On our second day we will continue downstream from Skipworth Springs to Sapling Creek. We will kick it up a gear with a 12.5km paddle to really soak in the scenery. Once we arrive we have a bit of time to explore and swim before our shuttle will pick us up and take us back to our cars.

This is a great trip for novice and experienced paddlers alike. A great flat water trip with some stunning scenery and great company. Come try your hand at overnight kayak/canoe trails!
