You have voted… and we are going to the Cathedral Range.
With parks around Victoria opening up and restrictions easing we thought it was a great time to safely, get back outside.
We will head off on Saturday morning and meet at Cooks Mill carpark before starting our hike up Sugarloaf peak. Keeping with the “choose your own adventure” theme, there will be two options for getting to the top. Those feeling like a rock scrambling adventure can opt for the infamous Wells Cave Track. We will set up camp for the night at the Farmyard after a 7.5km day with plenty of elevation.
Sunday will see us trek along the stunning ridge line of the Cathedral Range before heading over Ned’s Peak and back down to Cooks Mill. Those with any strength left in their legs can take a little detour out to North Cathedral Peak before heading back down to Cooks Mill. Another 7km day of hiking.
This will be a cold one so bring those puffers and warm sleeping bags!
Due to current restrictions this will be limited to 20 people so get your tickets quickly.
